Successful candidates must possess the following skills and attributes: Strong sales ability and negotiation skills. Have a minimum two years experience in the finance industry. A positive and professional career minded person. Strong self-motivation and ambitious to achieve sales targets. Proven attention to detail and accuracy with documentation. High level of computer competency. Good time management. Ability to work well in a team and autonomously. Core Responsibilities: Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Understand clients' goals, needs, and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Conduct finance interviews with clients via Zoom and in person. Research and analyze lender policies and loan products to find the best fit. Identify and qualify leads to convert opportunities effectively. Present recommendations to clients as a trusted financial advisor. Ensure compliance with regulations while always acting in the client's best interest.
