The Role We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Risk Manager to join our Risk team at Crown. This is a pivotal role that supports the operationalisation of Crown’s Risk Management Strategy and frameworks across the organisation. Reporting to the Head of Risk, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to provide guidance, oversight, and challenge on risk management practices. You’ll play a key role in monitoring risk profiles, assessing controls, and ensuring that material risks are identified and managed effectively. Provide advice and oversight to ensure compliance with Crown’s Risk Management Strategy and frameworks. Monitor and report on risk profiles, incidents, and issues across Crown. Assess and challenge the adequacy and effectiveness of controls for key financial and non-financial risk areas. Engage with stakeholders to embed a positive risk culture and deliver risk management training. Support investigations and special assignments as requested by management or regulators. Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies. Facilitate risk management training to enhance and embed a positive risk culture throughout Crown. About you This role is ideal for a risk management professional who thrives in a highly regulated environment and enjoys working collaboratively to solve problems and influence decision-making. Relevant experience in Risk Management roles within a complex environment. Ability to aggregate and analyse data to provide respected reporting and challenge operation and business decisions. Skilled in engaging and reporting to multiple stakeholders with clear written and verbal communication. Comfortable providing advice, guidance, and challenge to ensure material risks are appropriately managed. Proven expertise as a subject matter expert in risk management within a complex or regulated environment. Proficient in creating documents, reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. Degree in Business, Law, or a related discipline. Ability to obtain required Casino Employee Licences.
