Assistant Director - OOSH & Vacation CareSouth West Sydney | Level 6 Children’s Services Award The Junction Works is a not‑for‑profit organisation supporting communities across South West Sydney since 1987. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Director - OOSH & Vacation Care to join our team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract to cover parental leave. Reporting to the Director, you will help lead high‑quality, child‑centred programs for children aged 4–12, support and supervise staff, coordinate Vacation Care programs, and ensure services are safe, engaging, and compliant with the National Quality Framework. You will step into the Director role when required and play a key role in curriculum planning, staff rostering, enrolments, and stakeholder engagement. This role is part time at 60 hours per fortnight. About you Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent) Experience managing or leading an OOSH/Vacation Care service Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework Proven staff supervision and program development skills Organised, collaborative, and passionate about children’s wellbeing Requirements NSW Working with Children Check Child Protection Certificate First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates NSW Driver’s Licence Join a values‑driven organisation and make a meaningful impact in your community.
