Update profile visibility Add expected salary to your profile for insights We're seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to lead and mature IT service delivery within a shared services environment. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, reliable IT services that meet business needs and government standards. About the Role Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT service delivery, managing internal teams, and working closely with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and vendors. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong partnerships, managing contracts, and ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with agreed SLAs. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage IT service delivery teams, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture Oversee service delivery within a shared services model, including close alignment with WorkSafe Manage relationships with MSPs and external vendors, including service performance, contracts, and SLAs Ensure services meet Victorian Government standards, policies, and compliance requirements Act as a key escalation point for service issues and ensure timely resolution Key Skills and Experience Experience working as a IT Manager/Service Delivery Manager with at least a few years' experience leading teams Proven experience working within Victorian Government environments Strong background working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) in a shared services model Experience managing vendors, contracts, and service delivery outcomes Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Practical, delivery-focused mindset with the ability to balance governance and operational outcomes Why Join Us?
