This role requires a strong balance of SAP delivery leadership, contractual understanding, and commercial awareness. You will act as the primary point of accountability for service delivery, customer satisfaction, and commercial outcomes. Beyond delivery, you will actively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts through the upselling and cross‑selling of SAP services, working closely with sales and practice leadership. About the role Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AMS engagements, ensuring SLA adherence, delivery quality, and customer satisfaction Own contractual delivery obligations, including scope, commercials, governance, and service performance metrics Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, with a deep understanding of their SAP landscape and business priorities Manage and grow a portfolio of AMS clients, identifying and executing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across SAP services Lead large and complex delivery programs, managing resourcing, financials, risks, and delivery cadence Drive consistent delivery standards, reporting, and governance across AMS and project engagements Partner with sales on pre‑sales activities, solution shaping, renewals, and client workshops Mentor and develop delivery leads and consultants, uplifting capability and accountability Contribute thought leadership and practical input into FAIR's SAP delivery and growth strategy About You 10+ years in SAP delivery roles within a consulting environment, including SAP AMS leadership Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager, Principal Consultant, or Program Manager within SAP or Digital practices Strong hands‑on understanding of SAP landscapes and AMS operating models (SLAs, KPIs, incident / change management) Demonstrated experience managing client contracts, commercials, renewals, and service governance Proven ability to identify, shape, and close upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts Experience leading and developing teams of 5+ consultants across multiple engagements Delivery experience across at least two large‑scale SAP or digital transformation programs Advanced experience using JIRA and delivery reporting tools Strong client‑facing skills with senior stakeholder management experience Exposure to SAP platforms such as SAP Commerce, CRM, Marketing, or SAP BTP Desired Skills Project or program management certifications (PMP, PgMP, PfMP) Agile certifications such as PMI-ACP, SAFe, or AgilePM PRINCE2 Our Culture We live and breathe our core values of honesty, integrity, transparency and loyalty.
