About the Role As a Senior Development Underwriter , you will: Underwrite new and renewal business within delegated authority across Commercial Motor portfolios. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, fostering new business opportunities and portfolio growth. Provide tailored underwriting solutions that balance risk management and commercial outcomes. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service and technical support. Contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance underwriting performance and product development. About You 5+ years’ experience in Commercial Motor or Fleet underwriting. Strong technical underwriting and risk assessment skills. Proven experience in broker relationship management and business development. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
