This is the kind of tomorrow we’re imagining here at TFA.Join us and help drive the future.**What you'll contribute to** As a People Performance Manager within the Asset Management team, you will manage the workflow and resources to drive productivity and results within a dynamic and high output Collections centre. Ideally, you will work towards developing an employee orientated team culture to emphasise high performance, quality, continuous improvement, employee retention and employee development. **How you'll make an impact People and Performance*** Provide oversight and direction to employees in the team in accordance with the TFA policies and procedures* Create meaningful engagement with senior Operations leadership to create a change culture.* Promote change management initiatives and become a change advocate across the Operations Centre* Coach, mentor, motivate and develop staff, including overseeing new employee on-boarding and providing career development, planning and opportunities**Operational*** Accountable for managing the performance levels of a designated collections team including the operations roles managing issue to agent, repossessions and insurance functions* Management reporting completed as required and business plan for Collections teams developed and communicated to Collections Leadership team consistently* Compliance audits are completed annually on Mercantile Agent Panel and controls are reviewed in line with legislative requirements**Policy, Procedure and Process** **Stakeholder Relationships*** Relationship and cost management of Mercantile agent panel including effective performance management and reporting* Maintain effective relationships with internal parties that interact with the Collections Centre**Your attributes - If you've got one or more, we'd love to hear from you*** Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a team* Experience and exposure within a Collections environment* Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting and accounting principles and practices* General knowledge of various employment laws* and practices and employee relations* Evidence of the ability to practice a high level of confidentiality#J-18808-Ljbffr
