DEVELOP NEW RECIPES AND SEASONAL MENU ITEMS IN LINE WITH CUSTOMER PREFERENCES AND TRENDS. ENSURE HIGH STANDARDS OF FOOD QUALITY, CONSISTENCY, AND PRESENTATION COMPLY WITH FOOD SAFETY AND HYGIENE REGULATIONS. TRAIN AND SUPERVISE JUNIOR KITCHEN STAFF WHEN NECESSARY. MONITOR INGREDIENT INVENTORY AND COORDINATE SUPPLY ORDERS. MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION IN THE KITCHEN AND PASTRY WORK AREAS. Barista/ All-rounder Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards. Operate espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including the counter, seating area, and equipment. Handle cash and process transactions using the POS system. Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed. Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
