The Opportunity We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Team Members for ongoing casual positions with potential to move to part-time or full-time for high performers. Multiple roles are available, with immediate starts on offer. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll help ensure that every parcel packed is a small bundle of happiness heading to a customer’s doorstep. You’ll be joining our team of more than 30, working together to meet daily dispatch targets. You will play a key role in our daily warehouse operations, including: Receiving and unpacking incoming stock Checking invoices and replenishing shelves Recording and updating stock in our computer systems Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch About You To be considered for this role, you’ll need to demonstrate: Proven experience in a retail or warehouse pick-and-pack environment Availability Monday to Friday between 7am and 5pm Genuine interest in our products and what we do A positive attitude and team-first mindset Strong attention to detail (we monitor error rates) The ability to hustle — working efficiently and meeting pick/pack targets Physical fitness to be on your feet all day and safely perform all aspects of the role Shortlisted candidates will be asked to provide recent referee details who can speak positively to your teamwork, reliability, productivity, attendance and attention to detail.
