You will be the central pillar of our practice, working closely with the principals to shape a successful future. Your strategic and management oversight will span a number of key functions, including: Financial Leadership: Oversee all financial operations, from budgeting and reporting to payroll, with a focus on enhancing profitability and identifying new revenue streams. Operational Excellence: Lead the daily operations of the firm, implementing state-of-the-art office systems, and ensuring seamless business continuity. Strategic Growth: Champion our growth agenda through innovative business development, marketing initiatives, and nurturing key client relationships. Talent & Culture: Drive our human resources strategy, from attracting and retaining top talent to fostering a high-performing culture of engagement and professional development. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all legal and regulatory obligations are met, including Legal Practice Board requirements, trust accounting, and CPD standards. Technology & Innovation: Spearhead the adoption of new technologies and digital solutions to improve efficiency and elevate client service. About You We are looking for a forward-thinking professional with a track record of success. You'll bring: Proven experience in a senior management or similar leadership role. A strong commercial mindset with expertise in financial management and strategic planning. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a talent for inspiring and managing a team. A meticulous understanding of legal compliance and trust accounting principles.
