Trade Manager

Trades Manager for our Home Network Line of Business at Allianz Partners. You role will be managing a network of building and trade partners for insurance repairs at Allianz. This role involves performance, relationship, and contract management between building/trade partners and Allianz Partners. Key Responsibilities Client Accountabilities Maintain high standards in interactions with stakeholders. Resolve complaints professionally, aiming for win-win outcomes. Provide excellent service in dealings with customers and clients. Attend performance meetings and act on feedback. Engage in Work Health and Safety activities. Management of Workload Assess workload status honestly. Be agile in a dynamic environment. Utilize refined time management skills. Key Requirements Provider Management Experience in builder/trade procurement or supplier/account management. Understanding of financial management principles. Property Claims Experience Strong customer focus and energy to succeed. Superior customer service skills. Problem solving and decision making: swift decision-making and implementation. Communication Skills Ability to communicate and build relationships effectively. Background in property claims management is advantageous. Experience in contract and vendor management. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Financial Accountabilities Negotiate pricing with partners. Monitor industry pricing and repair costs. Ensure correct billing and payments. Culture Act as a role model for Allianz values. Enforce cultural requirements within the team. Repair Management: monitor claims for validity and cost containment. Coach builders on documentation. Ensure service levels and cost savings are met. Professional Approach Maintain professionalism and maturity. Deliver results in high-pressure environments. Prioritize work and meet deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and within a team. Operate autonomously using initiative and decision-making skills. Work effectively as part of a team. Support and encourage team members.
