Your Next Opportunity: We’re looking for a casual Grounds & Maintenance Officer to join our team at the Nambucca Heads Holidays site. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll keep the park looking beautiful, safe, and welcoming – ensuring guests enjoy a clean, well‑maintained environment every day. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment. Coordinate contractor work and manage grounds maintenance budgets. Conduct regular WHS checks, follow safety protocols, and document maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members, respond to resident queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture. You’re Likely a Match If You: Hold a current “C” Class manual driver’s licence. Have hands‑on experience in building and grounds maintenance, with strong problem‑solving skills. Are proactive, positive, and committed to delivering high levels of service with clear communication. Are comfortable with manual tasks like lifting, bending, and operating tools and equipment across varied terrain.
