Your Next Opportunity We’re on the lookout for a full time Grounds & Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Nambucca Heads Holidays site. Set between rainforest and ocean, Ingenia Holidays Nambucca Heads offers a relaxed coastal lifestyle and a close‑knit team environment; perfect for someone who enjoys hands‑on work in a scenic, guest‑focused holiday park. Reporting to the Park Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading our Grounds and Maintenance team to keep the park looking great and running smoothly, whether it’s fixing a leaky tap, tidying up the gardens, or making sure everything’s in top shape for our guests to enjoy, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our guests and residents Why You’ll Love Life at Ingenia We believe work should be rewarding, flexible, and full of perks: Staff discounts on Ingenia Holiday Parks, with savings that can go beyond 50% Employee referral, employee of the month, and employee of the year rewards Flexible work schedules to suit your lifestyle Retailer discounts In this Role, You’ll Keep our holiday park looking its best by maintaining gardens, lawns, and shared outdoor spaces. Carry out general repairs and upkeep across cabins, amenities, and communal areas—helping guests feel right at home. Manage maintenance budgets, coordinate servicing of tools and equipment, and keep records up to date. Maintain cleanliness across the park, including rubbish removal and pool care (where applicable). Be a reliable team member with a professional attitude, available for weekend and overnight shifts. You’re Likely a Match If You Have hands‑on experience in groundskeeping or maintenance. Hold a valid ‘C’ class driver’s licence. Bring strong leadership, time management, and teamwork skills to the table. Enjoy helping guests and have a friendly, customer‑focused approach. Are flexible and available for weekend and overnight work.
