About Us Now in our 15th year , EURO\WERKE has grown into one of Australia’s most respected European service and performance centres. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with the latest diagnostic and tuning technology, and we’re currently investing in an expanded AWD dyno cell to take our tuning capabilities even further. We’re more than just a workshop — we’re a community of enthusiasts , known for our quality, honesty, and customer relationships. Our team values teamwork, efficiency, and fun — from workshop life to our regular community events and social drives. The Role You’ll play an important part in ensuring smooth daily operations and an exceptional customer experience, including: Greeting and assisting customers Managing bookings, calls, and appointments Preparing job cards, quotes, and invoices Coordinating with technicians and keeping customers updated Maintaining a clean, organised front of house area Handling payments and general admin This is a team role , not a solo position — collaboration and communication are key.
