We are looking for a senior Facebook Ads leader to drive growth for our clients. Base pay range A$100,000.00/yr – A$130,000.00/yr Responsibilities Lead and manage the Paid Social team, ensuring high performance and professional development. Establish and document processes for the effective delivery of Paid Social campaigns. Develop and manage KPIs in collaboration with senior management. Mentor and train team members, delivering quality work. Collaborate with other departments on policies and processes impacting Paid Social. Setup, manage and optimise campaigns in Facebook’s Ads Manager. Analyse data and utilise A/B testing to optimise conversion rates. Write direct response ad copy and keep account managers informed. Lead the division through innovation and results, scaling campaigns to the moon. Qualifications Advanced knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics. Experience writing direct response copy (plus). Strong leadership and team mentoring ability. Excellent communication and client escalation skills. Data‑driven decision making and a proactive attitude. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
