Customer Banking Specialist - Moora (29 hour/week) You're a passionate customer service professional We are enhancing the financial wellbeing for our customers Together we're delivering outstanding customer experiences You will be joining one of our Multi Channel Branches We are looking for a Customer Service professional to join the team part time, on a 29 hour per week basis. The roster is as follows: Monday & Friday 9.15am - 1.15pm Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 9.15am - 5pm What is a Multi Channel Branch? Between 9:30-1pm: Our Retail Branch services customers in the community face to face with their everyday banking needs, enquires & transactions. After 1pm: We assist our customers with their everyday banking needs and complaints via telephone or other digital channels in a contact centre environment. Together we deliver a seamless banking experience for the future to our 10 million+ personal and small business customers.
