The role will support key application projects and improved efficiency within APAC region to drive a continuous improvement mentality and culture within the Operations & Applications areas. Working cross functionally to support key departments, you will be involved in not only the daily maintenance of Operations Applications systems but also major project implementations across APAC. In this role you will; Daily support of APAC Operations, Applications queries for all agency & franchise locations Provide project specific support, coordination, project testing and documentation of DevOps Team projects. Communicating and working collaboratively with different functions across APAC. Assist with the co-ordination of internal resources to implement changes to Applications / Systems and operating procedures associated with the Applications systems Assist with testing of modifications to Applications systems and verify prior to implementation into the live environments Assist in mapping and implementation of change to Applications systems Work on the priority of new releases/modifications/bug fixes with the Operations & Applications Team Support the development and management of counter systems based on the business need, application complexity and growth capacity Support the overall enterprise-wide effectiveness and efficiency of applications & systems and help ensure high levels of user satisfaction are maintained About You? To be successful in this position, our newest team member will have the following: Primary degree/certificate or equivalent plus at least two years of experience in a Car Rental Operations or IT support position. Experience in working with IT and data base systems Excel skills are essential Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Demonstrates resourcefulness & good analytical skills. Willing to learn new systems quickly and efficiently with the ability to multitask Passionate about quality and customer service Cars+, Windcave, Stripe, Op Central, Frontdesk experience highly positive About the Offer?
