Aptitude Software - Head of Delivery, APAC Join to apply for the Aptitude Software - Head of Delivery, APAC role at Aptitude Software Aptitude Software - Head of Delivery, APAC Join to apply for the Aptitude Software - Head of Delivery, APAC role at Aptitude Software We are hiring a Head of Delivery to lead all aspects of services delivery in APAC, including full P&L ownership, resourcing, commercials, and line management. This is a player-coach position: while overseeing regional operations, you’ll also program manage a small number of strategic accounts directly.You’ll ensure high-quality implementations, drive regional delivery excellence, and represent services in commercial opportunities. You will act as the senior delivery voice in APAC, responsible for client outcomes, people leadership, and ongoing process improvement.You will be responsible for performing a Delivery Lead role across one (or more) Aptitude client engagements or internal strategic initiatives, while supporting the VPs, Professional Services and Chief Client Experience Officer with respect to portfolio delivery management.You will operate at the most senior level, providing confidence and leadership which enables clients to build trust in our delivery.
