People & Culture Business Partner Location: Macquarie Park, NSW (Hybrid: 4 days in-office) At VetPartners , we pride ourselves on delivering shared services that help our veterinary clinics thrive. We’re now looking for an experienced P&C Business Partner to join our collaborative and forward-thinking People team. As a trusted partner to leaders across our multi-site veterinary network, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our leaders with employee relations advice, driving positive workplace culture, and supporting our teams through every stage of the employee journey. If you’re passionate about making an impact and supporting people to do their best work, this opportunity is for you. What you’ll be doing Partner with Leaders : Guide and support managers across all stages of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, performance management, engagement, and offboarding — to ensure a seamless employee experience. Employee Relations : Provide advice on complex employee matters, including performance, grievances, investigations and compliance, while helping managers build strong, high-performing teams. Champion Wellbeing : Drive initiatives that promote mental health and wellbeing, equipping leaders with the tools to foster safe, inclusive, and supportive workplaces. Ensure Compliance : Oversee policy and legislative adherence across all employment practices, proactively identifying risks and maintaining high standards of integrity and safety. Drive Cultural Excellence : Be an ambassador for VetPartners’ values, leading initiatives that strengthen engagement, inclusion, and our shared purpose. What we’re looking for Minimum 4 years’ experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar generalist HR role. Strong expertise in employee relations and change management, with the confidence to influence and coach leaders. Experience working within multi-site operations, balancing commercial insight with people-first thinking. Proven capability managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including remuneration reviews and performance management processes. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills. A proactive, empathetic approach to supporting workplace wellbeing and positive culture. Why join VetPartners?
