St Vincent's Health Australia – Fitzroy VIC Full Time (5 days per week), Fixed Term (through to 31 Dec 2026) Challenging and rewarding work environment Friendly and dynamic team About the Role An opportunity currently exists for a Grade 2 physiotherapist to join the physiotherapy department. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality, overall physiotherapy management to the orthopaedic, plastics and rheumatology patients of the Fitzroy campus of St.Vincent's Hospital. The role is also responsible for supervision of students, Grade 1 staff, and Allied Health Assistants and taking a leadership role within the department and other duties as directed/delegated. This position involves 6 monthly rotations between the inpatient and outpatient musculoskeletal departments. Applications from current grade two physiotherapists or suitably experienced grade one physiotherapists will be considered. Relevant postgraduate qualifications would also be highly regarded. Must have, or be currently eligible for, National Physiotherapist Registration. Classifications for this position will be VB1 - VB4 ($90,235 to $103,724 per annum). Duties include Provide appropriate clinical management for all musculoskeletal inpatients/outpatients Assessment, planning and treatment including education for all musculoskeletal inpatients/outpatients Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical and other Allied Health staff via documentation and handovers.
