Join us in Adelaide Guide, coach and inspire store teams 30+ stores, 200+ team members across metro, regional and remote locations Competitive salary + car + other benefits and incentives A day in your life as a BWS Area Manager: Deliver the BWS strategy by leading, coaching and motivating a team of Store Managers across multiple sites to achieve our vision of a more sociable future. Drive a culture of team connectedness across locations (Connected Communities) and a collaborative way of working. Contribute to and implement BWS operational plans within the State and Area to guide and ensure delivery of the overall business strategy. Communicate clear direction, strategy, goals and expectations, developing an inclusive, positive team culture. Work collaboratively with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences and simplify processes for your teams. Role‑model horizontal management as an Area Manager, sharing learnings, solving business problems, and spreading best practice to improve team and customer experiences. Identify and develop talent to build a pipeline for the future. Qualifications About you You bring your true self, enjoy fun, and thrive in a team environment. The following attributes are desirable: Strong leadership experience managing multiple sites (ideally 15+) and large teams (ideally 100+) in a retail environment. Experience navigating complex licensing/regulatory landscapes is a plus. Passion for transformational leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement. Big‑picture thinking and innovative problem‑solving skills. Customer‑ and team‑focused approach. Ability to guide, develop and inspire a team through change. Flexibility to travel as required.
