The Role Managing accounts payable across all entities within the organisation. Processing invoices, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely weekly payments. Reconciling monthly supplier statements and resolving discrepancies. Maintaining daily financial records for Keno and Gaming Accounts and performing monthly reconciliations. Reconciling company’s credit cards and maintaining all receipts. Assisting with month-end procedures, financial reporting and end of year Audit. Cash reconciliation, processing of daily takings, investigating discrepancies and irregularities. Assisting with maintenance of fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules for the Group. What We Are Looking For Proven track record in accounts payable/receivable operations. Strong bookkeeping background is essential. Proficiency with MYOB, Excel and or other accounting and Microsoft packages. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
