Assistant Accountant, work closely and supporting to the finance team for day-to-day financial tasks and administrative works. Duties and Responsibilities Assist AP accountant by daily booking transactions into the Odoo system on time. Receive invoices from procurement, facilities, and other departments. Contact vendors to collect payments. Process payments to vendors. Follow up staff to clear cash advances for missions and purchase cash advances on time. Verify supporting documents for cash advance clearing to ensure accuracy. Complete other outside work requirements (e.g., Pay EDC, Water, etc.). Help fill daily finance documents. Assist the finance team with daily financial tasks. Perform other tasks as directed by management. Minimum Qualifications and Requirements At least one year of experience in accounting. Computer proficiency in Word, Excel, and other accounting software. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Good written and spoken English. Strong documentation and reporting skills. Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a team. #J-18808-Ljbffr
