Human Resources / Business Partner / Talent Acquisition Job Overview: This position is to oversee the contract, production, logistics, and commissioning of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects across Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy project management, particularly in battery storage, and will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities and Duties Lead end-to-end project management of BESS projects in Australia, from initial contract negotiation through to commissioning and handover to customers. Coordinate feasibility analyses for projects, develop project assignment books, and build project teams post-establishment. Manage internal and external resources to ensure customer projects meet local needs, while leading a cross-cultural team to achieve project objectives. Oversee project quality, cost, schedule, communication, and risk management in compliance with Australian industry standards. Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution across diverse environments. Manage project schedules and conduct risk assessments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and safety standards in Australia. Monitor project progress, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and address any technical or logistical challenges that arise. Support business development by providing technical insights and input for new BESS opportunities within the Australian market. Qualifications 4-5 years of experience managing BESS or renewable energy projects (solar, wind, or grid‑scale storage). Business fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese would be a significant advantage. Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Solid intercultural communication abilities. Excellent problem‑solving and risk mitigation skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, evolving industry.
