About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will: Provide excellent customer service by managing parts inquiries, requests, and quotes. Handle phone services and ensure a professional customer experience. Use APG systems to manage parts and inventory. Address customer escalations and maintain order records. Meet KPIs and focus on continuous improvement. About You We are looking for someone who is: Passionate about customers and service. Experienced in customer service and sales, with strong relationship‑building skills. A self‑starter with a proactive, solutions‑focused mindset. Reliable, punctual, and a confident communicator.
