Voltora Industries is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. Feel valued by people who want you to succeed Working within a tight-knit group, you’ll keep office operations humming while delivering exceptional service to both colleagues and clients. Your clear communication, calm multitasking and proactive mindset will also support our Operations team and the wider Voltora crew. Expect a culture that prizes honesty, initiative and your ongoing success. What you’ll do (9 am – 5 pm, Monday to Friday) Be the first point of contact for phone and in-person enquiries. Manage the reception inbox , replying and actioning emails promptly. Create and maintain customer accounts, sites and opportunities in Salesforce. Own the first touch on job leads , handling booking confirmations and any customer concerns. Receive and receipt incoming stock and keep basic inventory records up to date. Assist our Operations & Scheduling teams with day-to-day admin tasks. Pitch in with general office duties that keep the business running smoothly. About you Proven experience in office administration (service or trades environment a plus). A passion for delivering first-class customer service. Confident, polite phone manner and strong written communication. Ability to set priorities and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Positive attitude, honesty and a willingness to learn. Salesforce and/or Simpro experience (highly regarded, but we’ll train the right person). Why Voltora?
