NEPEAN Conveyors (a division of NEPEAN©) provides fully engineered turnkey conveying and materials handling solutions, from concept to commissioning for some of the world's largest mining companies. Established in 1985, it manufactures and markets conveyor components including pulleys, idlers, rapid advance-rapid retreat components and drive‑heads, and provides on‑site installation, maintenance, and relocation of conveyor installations. We have multiple positions available for experienced and motivated Conveyor Technicians to join our service department for both workshop and field works in Bathurst NSW Australia. Daily duties will include: Belt inspections and mapping activities. Belt splicing and belt repair activities. Belt installation and change‑out activities. Belt cleaner inspections and maintenance activities. Pulley lagging repairs and/or replacement. General belt maintenance activities. The ideal candidate for this position would have: Minimum of 2 years’ experience. Underground Black Coal experience preferable but not essential. Certificate III in Polymer Processing – or in the process of obtaining. Ability to fulfill the inherent physical tasks required of this job – which will include repetitive lifting of weights up to 25kgs. HR driver’s licence – an advantage. Forklift licence – an advantage. Dogging or Rigging licence – an advantage. Willing to relocate to Bathurst / Lithgow Region NSW Australia.
