Casual Sales Representative – Local Business Outreach Do you love to chat and enjoy building relationships? About Us Devout Digital is a local digital agency that helps small businesses create modern, mobile-friendly websites that look great and bring in more customers. We’re proud to serve cafés, restaurants, tradies, and local service providers across Sydney’s North Shore and surrounding areas. We’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Casual Sales Representative to help us connect with more small business owners — both face-to-face and over the phone. The Role You’ll be responsible for introducing Devout Digital to local business owners, explaining our website and digital-marketing services, and booking appointments for our director to meet with potential clients. Your time will be split between door-knocking local businesses and phoning prospects. This is a work from home role Key Responsibilities Visit local small businesses to introduce our web-design services in a friendly and professional way. Make outbound phone calls to local businesses to book in meetings and follow up leads. Record details of interactions, leads, and appointments in our CRM system. Distribute flyers and marketing materials in local business areas. Represent Devout Digital with professionalism and enthusiasm. Ideal Candidate Confident, outgoing, and comfortable talking to business owners face-to-face and over the phone. Self-motivated and reliable, able to manage your time and meet weekly activity goals. Friendly, positive attitude and professional presentation. Prior sales or customer-service experience is essential. Must have your own transport. Preferably you live on the North Shore Hours & Pay Flexible casual hours (typically 10–20 hours per week). Hourly rate $35 to $42 + super + commission bonuses for each sale.
