Caronlab seeks a specialized E-commerce and E-marketing Specialist with direct experience managing Amazon AU/UK/US Retail and Vendor Central for beauty/personal care brands across multiple marketplaces including Kogan AU, eBay AU, and Woolworths. The role demands expertise in Sponsored Products/Brands/Display optimization for ROAS, listing management using content from caronlab.com.au and waxxxie.com.au, performance reporting, A+ content coordination, bundle suggestions via in-house R&D, and scaling ad budgets from initial daily allocation to percentage of sales with event strategies like Prime Day and Black Friday. Proficiency in Excel dashboards, Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, and Hootsuite is required for trend analysis and growth strategies. Key Responsibilities: Oversee listings and performance across Amazon AU/UK/US Retail/Vendor Central, Kogan AU, eBay AU, Woolworths: create/maintain titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ content, coordinate imagery with designers, review outsourced A+, propose new products/bundles. Manage Amazon Advertising: optimize bids/keywords for ROAS, scale budgets proportionally by region/events, conduct daily POC meetings, deliver monthly reports on ACOS, impressions, clicks, conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly/YTD reports: sales/ad spend vs prior periods/YoY, identify trends/opportunities using analytics tools. Collaborate with retail/sales/inventory on launches, forecasting, Brand Store setup; apply automation for efficiency. Qualifications: Proven experience in Amazon e-commerce/advertising across AU/UK/US marketplaces, Seller/Vendor Central, PPC optimization, multi-platform management (Kogan, eBay, Woolworths). Must have prior Amazon experience handling medium to large brands. Advanced skills in listing optimization, performance reporting (Excel dashboards), Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, Hootsuite; past digital marketing in PPC, social/display advertising. Relevant bachelor degree or higher qualification, or at least 5 years of relevant experience. Preferred: MBA or equivalent; relevant certifications in Amazon Advertising, Google Analytics, Sponsored Ads. Strong English communication for stakeholder interactions; immediate North Geelong availability, full Australian work rights; beauty/personal care sector experience preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
