Opportunity We’re seeking a Product Support Advisor to join our Kalgoorlie team, working a 9/5 roster and floating across 3 sites. If you’re a personable professional with a passion for customer service and project delivery, this role is for you. As the first point of contact, you’ll support major accounts, promote Hitachi’s service and parts, and help maintain strong customer relationships. Your communication skills, technical knowledge, and engaging personality will be key to delivering customer satisfaction.
