About the role Full‑Time Opportunity, with Max‑Term Contract until June 2026 Monday to Sunday, Rotating Roster | 8:00am – 4:06pm Location: Adamstown, with travel to surrounding areas SCHADS Level 2 (commensurate with experience) + Super + Salary Packaging Benefits Responsibilities Deliver individual recovery‑focused support using evidence‑based, person‑centred approaches. Engage in capacity‑building activities that promote recovery, resilience, and improved physical and mental health. Develop and monitor individual support plans in collaboration with consumers, carers, and community organisations. Balance community outreach with administrative tasks, ensuring thorough documentation and follow‑up. Work across various settings, including homes, community spaces, hospitals, to support consumers wherever their recovery journey takes them. Qualifications Relevant experience in the mental health or community services sector with strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for recovery‑oriented practice. Minimum Certificate IV in Mental health or Community Services or working towards this qualification. Strong ability to engage with clients, share your story, and collaborate with team members. Experience or a strong desire to learn about recovery‑oriented approaches. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment, seeing multiple consumers in one workday.
