The Role We are seeking a Mobile Automation Test Engineer to join our high‑performing quality team supporting one of Australia’s largest digital transformation programs. This position focuses on mobile app testing (iOS and Android) and requires a balance of hands‑on automation and functional testing. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for mobile applications (iOS and Android) Work across UI and API layers to ensure comprehensive end‑to‑end testing Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and quality engineers in Agile squads Perform manual exploratory testing alongside automation efforts Integrate test execution into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps or similar) Analyse test results, raise and track defects, and contribute to release readiness Skills & Experience Strong experience in mobile app testing (manual and automation) Hands‑on with frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, or Detox API testing experience using Postman, RestAssured, or similar Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI) Excellent communication and collaboration skills Melbourne‑based candidates only, with ability to work onsite three days per week Interview Process (Online) CloudMarc interview – Consultancy and testing mindset Technical interview – Hands‑on automation and problem‑solving Final round – Client interview Why Join CloudMarc At CloudMarc, you’ll work with some of the most skilled engineers in the quality space on large‑scale enterprise systems.
