JLL is seeking a Director, Residential Development (Value & Risk Advisory) to join our Brisbane office. Lead complex valuation assignments for residential development projects across all stages—from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to completed asset valuation within the Brisbane region. Collaborate with major lenders, developers, investors and government agencies to provide strategic valuation insights that drive informed decision-making.
