Director, Residential Development - Englobo Land / Subdivisions (Value & Risk Advisory) JLL is seeking a Director, Residential Development - Englobo Land / Subdivisions (Value & Risk Advisory) to join our Melbourne office. Lead complex valuation assignments for residential land development projects across all stages—from site acquisition and feasibility analysis to completed asset valuation within Victoria. Collaborate with major lenders, developers, investors and government agencies to provide strategic valuation insights that drive informed decision-making.
