The Position Working closely with the CEO and Director of Development, this leadership role will spearhead the sales function for a growing portfolio of high-end apartments, town homes, and residential communities. You will set the sales strategy, drive performance across retail and channel networks, and ensure exceptional customer outcomes aligned to a premium brand experience. This is a rare opportunity to make a big impact on the business and drive this function forward. You will lead pricing and release strategies, refine customer engagement processes, and provide the commercial discipline required to meet revenue and settlement targets. You will shape, mentor and guide the internal sales team, building capability, structure and best practice. Responsibilities Develop and execute national sales strategies for apartments, townhomes, and residential communities Manage retail sales, agent partners and channel networks to maximise exposure and conversion Oversee pricing, release strategies and buyer engagement through to settlement Analyse sales performance, forecasting and margin outcomes with commercial accuracy Ensure CRM integrity, enquiry management and customer service excellence Lead, mentor and coach the sales team to drive consistent results About You Senior leadership experience in OTP property development sales - specifically in high end apartments and town homes. Land / Residential community experience beneficial Proven experience running channel and retail sales strategies Commercially minded, analytical and confident influencing key decisions Able to be hands-on in an agile environment Comfortable working at senior level with accountability for outcomes Demonstrated capability to mentor and uplift a team Professional, customer-oriented and aligned to a premium brand standard Why Join?
