Director | Residential Subdivision Valuations Melbourne Full time Position Overview Charter Keck Cramer’s Residential Subdivision Valuation group has a unique opportunity for a Director to join their team in Melbourne. Reporting to the National Executive Director, this position will undertake greenfield residential project valuations for premium development clients. Core Responsibilities Manage existing client relationships to support workflow Compile high quality Valuation reports Pursuit of client relationships to generate new business Manage and mentor the Residential Subdivision Valuation team Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation business Position Requirements Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification API Membership and certificate of compliance Residential Development and/or Subdivision Valuation experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines If you are an experienced Director seeking a new challenge or an Associate Director ready to take the next step in your career, we encourage you to apply.
