Overview Your role as a Personal Banker (internally known as a Customer Relationship Officer) is to deliver an exceptional experience by meeting customers end-to-end banking needs. Whether you’re assisting customers with enquiries, educating them about our online platforms or recommending products and services that best suit their needs, you’ll value how it feels to make a difference in people’s lives. Responsibilities Deliver win-win solutions for our bank and our customers. Develop an expert understanding of customers’ current and future goals, and design solutions that meet their needs, objectives and interests. Keep up with constant change. Educate and support our customers with their digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings. Guide customers through personalised lending solutions. Explore tailored personal loans and credit card options to help customers achieve their goals. Be a lifelong learner. Support our customers, give back and contribute to the community while enjoying a team environment. Location and Employment This is a permanent, full-time position located in Berowra. What you’ll bring to the role To succeed in this role, you’ll consistently deliver exceptional customer service. We’d love you to have: Proven ability to achieve sales results through solutions that truly meet customers’ needs. Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone. The ability to quickly build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues. Eagerness to understand and share what makes our bank different. Drive for collaboration — teamwork is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
