You’ll also have access to flexible benefits designed to support your wellbeing and growth, including: Strong focus on safety, care and wellbeing Ongoing training and career development opportunities Inclusive and supportive workplace culture Employee networks that promote diversity and belonging Long‑term government‑backed contract security Responsibilities Deliver adaptive safety programmes and engagement initiatives to reduce operational risk Maintain and improve HSE systems in line with ISO and Australian standards Plan and execute HSE strategy and tactical plans across the contract Support incident management, investigations and compliance reporting Lead contractor and employee HSE assurance activities including audits and observations Provide coaching and expert advice to operational leaders and teams Qualifications A Diploma in WHS (Work Health and Safety) Safety leadership experience in high‑risk construction or similar environments (5+ years preferred) Strong knowledge of ISO standards (45001, 14001, 9001) and safety legislation Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including coaching and influencing Strong planning, time management and initiative in a high‑volume environment Relevant certifications including Construction White Card, Root Cause Investigation and Audit Training Culture & Benefits In joining us, you’ll be part of a highly supportive culture with trusted leaders that will help you achieve your goals.
