Build, Train and Support the Team Lead our customer operations across multiple product lines and teams, working with PMs, devs, freelancers, and operations. Uplift our core values of ownership, being proactive and driving change. Continuously improve processes so we can run fast and help even more people. 2. Support all our Customers Relationships Oversee the end-to-end delivery of all website development projects, ensuring high quality and timely execution. Use data and metrics to drive upsells of additional product lines. Keep timelines, budgets, and deliverables on point – navigating roadblocks and identifying them early on. Drive innovation in website development processes, reducing manual effort and increasing project delivery speed. 3. Make working with Wolf IQ even more amazing Oversee our 400+ support requests each month that help our customers. Leverage support interactions to drive upsells, customer retention, and proactive service offerings. Keep enhancing customer experience, focusing on speed, accuracy, and personalized service. Continue to integrate AI technologies to automate ticket routing, identify common customer pain points, and improve efficiency. Who You Are 5‑10 years of experience in digital project delivery, web development, or a similar leadership role. Track record of managing teams across multiple disciplines (development, project management, customer support). Customer‑facing and able to manage escalations if they ever come up. Strong understanding of WordPress and website development lifecycles, hosting environments, and digital infrastructure. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution in a high‑growth environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
