As an Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supervising on-site electrical work for refurbishment and installation projects within the commercial and healthcare sectors. Your role will ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Site Management:
Oversee all on-site electrical activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards.Team Supervision:
Lead and coordinate the work of site electricians, subcontractors, and other personnel, ensuring effective teamwork and communication.Health and Safety:
Enforce health and safety regulations on site, conducting regular inspections, risk assessments, and ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed.Quality Assurance:
Monitor and inspect electrical installations and refurbishments to ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications.Resource Management:
Manage on-site resources, including materials, equipment, and labor, to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity.Client Interaction:
Liaise with clients and other stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any on-site issues or concerns.Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any on-site challenges promptly to minimize delays and ensure smooth project execution.Documentation:
