Digital Creative Lead We’re seeking a hands‑on, ideas‑driven Digital Creative Lead to own creative vision across our diverse range of mid‑market clients. You’ll report to our Creative Operations Lead and be accountable for delivering standout work that performs. What you’ll do Own the creative: Take full creative control from brief to ship. Concept & narrative: Conceptualise campaign ideas that look fresh, feel current, and stop thumbs mid‑scroll. Design leadership: Set standards and lead our team of designers. Build trust: Confidently present work to clients, articulating the rationale and gaining their trust. Creative oversight: Guide and review the work of our designers and copywriters. Channel‑native excellence: Ensure creative aligns with campaign objectives, brand guidelines and platform best practices (Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Google, programmatic, email and more). Test & learn: Partner with our excellent media, social and data teams to drive performance. About You You're a proven Senior Art Director, Creative Director or Senior Hybrid Creative who has worked on digital and social across multiple brands for both B2B and B2C. You’ll also have had plenty of experience working with mid‑market clients. If working on huge brands at global agencies or chasing awards is your sweet spot, then this is not the role for you. You’ll have had solid experience leading a team, and making those around you successful is something you genuinely love. You understand Creative strategy and can help write it. You know what it means to approach a creative problem with a business and results mindset (both for the agency and the client).
