About the Opportunity Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Service & New Work, you’ll play a key role in managing customer orders, providing updates, and coordinating with production, dispatch, and sales teams to ensure smooth delivery and exceptional service. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in building strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. Key Responsibilities Provide timely and accurate order updates to key accounts, ensuring clear communication on order status and delivery schedules. Act as the main point of contact for customer order queries and coordinate resolution across Production, Dispatch, and Sales. Support onboarding new products through the New Work Department. Prioritising artwork and tooling with suppliers to meet production schedules. Ensure accurate order specifications and documentation are captured. Coordinate cross-departmental input (production, sales, dispatch) for seamless product launch. Contribute to continuous improvement projects to enhance processes and customer satisfaction. Collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve delivery on-time, in-full (DIFOT) outcomes. What You Will Bring to the Team Previous experience in customer service, order management, or administration (manufacturing environment preferred). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
