About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Team Leader to guide and support our team while maintaining a reduced clinical caseload in your preferred clinical area. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist ready to step into a leadership role — balancing hands‑on care with people and operational management. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and support a team of physiotherapists and allied health professionals. Assist the Operations Manager to oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure smooth workflows and excellent patient experiences. Collaborate with directors on business growth, quality improvement, and staff development initiatives. Facilitate regular team meetings, training, and performance reviews. Maintain a small, active clinical caseload (approximately 20–30%). Foster a positive, inclusive, and high‑performing team culture. Essential Criteria AHPRA‑registered Physiotherapist or Allied Health professional. 4+ years clinical experience (private practice preferred). Proven leadership and team management experience. Strong communication, organisation, and problem‑solving skills. Experience mentoring staff and contributing to strategic goals. Familiarity with SIRA, NDIS, DVA, and private clients. Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. Willingness to maintain a small clinical caseload alongside leadership duties. Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain). Current driver’s licence.
