The Opportunity We are looking for a Food Services Assistant to join our team at Kennett hostel in Stanwell Park region. Duties will include (but not limited to): Preparation of evening meals as resident’s requests Planning for resident’s special requests and dietary needs, as well as likes and dislikes Participating and maintaining the HACCP program continually striving for improvement Maintain clean and tidy kitchen, including clean-up of spills and hazard prevention Report defects or maintenance requirements Keep up to date with latest food safety, handling and equipment standards Follow required hygiene guidelines as per HACCP Willing to complete Food Safety Training as per food safety standards, and to complete Senior First Aid Certificate Work as a team member aligned with UPA values and have good communication skills We are also willing to invest in training and offer you all the support you might need in order to succeed in your role.
