We are seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our expanding team. You will be joining a vibrant team of 10 doctors in our state‑of‑the‑art medical premises. The Skin & Mol clinic is a busy highly professional medical practice specializing in Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Medicine. We are a fully computerized practice using Pracsoft, Medical Director, HIC Online claiming and EFTPOS. The chosen candidate will have excellent communication and people skills. The ability to multitask in a dynamic environment with a "can do" attitude and be looking for a long‑term position. Requirements Experienced Medical Receptionist Reliable, punctual and highly dependable Flexibility to cover sick leave and holiday relief Ability to work from 7:30am to 6pm weekdays and 8am - 1pm Saturdays Excellent customer service and communication skills Well organized, adaptable with a "can do" attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Be able to explain our medical and cosmetic services to patients MD and Pracsoft knowledge desirable Key responsibilities include: Patient accounts and Medicare billings Sterilisation of instruments Cleaning and stocking of doctors’ rooms This job will best suit an experienced Medical Receptionist who wants a long‑term position in a specialised practice.
