Behaviour Support and Compliance Manager

Behaviour Support and Compliance Manager (NDIS-registered BSP) Provide leadership and clinical oversight of Behaviour Support operations across all CRAMLI locations. Review and sign off on Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs) and Behaviour Support Plans (BSPs). Lead compliance reviews, audits, and restrictive practice submissions in line with NDIS Commission requirements. Oversee risk management, incident analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor Team Leaders, Practitioners, and Compliance Officers through structured supervision and reflective practice. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capability and retention. Analyse incident trends, data, and KPI reports to inform service and governance improvements. Build trusted relationships with participants, families, support coordinators, and regulatory bodies. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related discipline (postgraduate preferred). NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Advanced). Minimum 3 years’ leadership experience in behaviour support or allied health. Demonstrated expertise in NDIS compliance, quality assurance, and restrictive practice governance. Proven record of achieving utilisation, quality, and compliance KPIs. Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical capability. High emotional intelligence, ethical judgement, and professional integrity.
