We’re Hiring: Behaviour Support & Compliance Manager (NDIS-Registered BSP) Location: Langwarrin VIC (VIC, QLD + travel as required) Employment Type: Full-time Are you passionate about driving quality, compliance, and positive outcomes in behaviour support? Join CRAMLI as our Behaviour Support & Compliance Manager and lead a team committed to excellence in NDIS services. What You’ll Do: Provide leadership and clinical oversight across all CRAMLI locations Review and sign off on FBAs and BSPs Lead compliance reviews, audits, and restrictive practice submissions Oversee risk management, incident analysis, and continuous improvement Mentor Team Leaders, Practitioners, and Compliance Officers Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capability and retention Analyse data and KPI reports to inform governance improvements Build trusted relationships with participants, families, and regulatory bodies What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related field (postgrad preferred) NDIS-registered Behaviour Support Practitioner (Advanced) 3+ years’ leadership experience in behaviour support or allied health Expertise in NDIS compliance, quality assurance, and restrictive practice governance Strong leadership, mentoring, and analytical skills High emotional intelligence and professional integrity Work Conditions: Travel across VIC, QLD, and other states as needed Adaptability to evolving priorities and occasional extended hours Interested or have questions?
