Bring your authentic and passionate self to this exceptional role #careerswithimpact Our team is expanding and we are seeking candidates with experience or an interest in the insurance space to fill multiple 12‑month max term contract roles within our Member Service Performance team. These roles would ideally suit paralegals , recent law graduates , foreign lawyers yet to requalify in Australia, or professionals familiar with life insurance claims and procedures. We are seeking candidates with exceptional written and verbal communication skills to liaise with members and relevant stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. In this varied and high‑paced role, you will be: Managing a caseload of claims with accountability to finalise them expediently for claimants, under the oversight of the Insurance Claims Manager. Engaging directly with claimants to follow up and progress the claims process (e.g., requesting missing or incorrect information, providing updates on status of payment). Assisting with reporting and tracking of claims status. Documenting processes as required or updating current procedures and policies. Immediate start for the successful applicant.
