About the role: We are currently seeking a motivated Home Care Worker to join our team in the City of Wyndham Vale on a Casual basis. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high‑quality care to our aged care clients within an in‑home care setting. We are looking for dependable candidates who can work flexible hours, preferably Monday to Friday 9am‑5pm. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Provide In‑Home Support tasks for BaptistCare consumers that will include but are not limited to; General housekeeping, Cleaning of bathroom area and Shopping without consumers present Deliver appropriate In‑Home Support according to the individual and personalised plan. Communicate any client concerns or feedback to the care team to ensure quality service. Maintain client privacy and dignity, and encourage the same among team members and contractors. Maintain competency by completing all mandatory and continuing in‑service education sessions, both online and face to face. Essential Qualifications & Requirements: Current valid Level II First Aid Certificate. Previous experience as a Home Care Worker is advantageous.
