About The Opportunity As the Reporting Manager of our Customer Service – Service Management at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through delivering accurate, timely, and actionable reporting that drives informed decisions across NSW Health. This role offers the opportunity to lead initiatives that transform service measurement and reporting. You’ll work with advanced analytics tools and collaborative platforms to improve transparency, optimise processes, and set new benchmarks for performance. As the Reporting Lead, you will manage, monitor, and maintain the Service Measurement and Reporting function for eHealth NSW. You’ll partner with multiple directorates and key stakeholders across NSW Health to ensure reporting services exceed expectations and support continuous improvement. In This Role, You Will Provide technical reporting leadership in multidisciplinary teams delivering service management practices and end‑user services, including designing efficient data models and customising enterprise reporting and visualisation tools. Develop and design a comprehensive reporting framework and plan that addresses the information needs of service management practices and end‑user services. Influence and negotiate with stakeholders—including customers, senior managers, and practice leads to identify trends, patterns, and insights within datasets, offering actionable insights to drive business strategies and performance improvements. Synthesise complex data into actionable insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making across Service Management practices. Develop and maintain reporting assets in line with the Service Management and Reporting policy and framework to support other service management practices in executing their processes. Develop and manage strategies in data integrity to ensure consistency, accuracy, and reliability of reports by validating data sources to minimise errors and discrepancies. Lead and promote opportunities for process optimisation and automation within the reporting function, driving efficiency gains and enhancing overall effectiveness. Actively support, promote, and advise on internal policies governing data privacy, security, and reporting standards to ensure compliance and mitigate risks associated with data handling and dissemination. About You Has proven experience and success in Service Measurement and Reporting within a large and complex service industry organisation, including deep knowledge of reporting frameworks and extensive experience using ITSM platforms and data visualisation tools. Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience are essential. Demonstrates exceptional communication, influencing, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead workshops, facilitate discussions, and engage stakeholders effectively. Possesses advanced analytical and problem‑solving skills, including the ability to interpret complex information from multiple sources, prepare and present clear reports and deliver creative, business‑focused solutions.
